Returns:
The Warren Miller Store will gladly accept any new, unused items for return within 30 days of the original delivery. Customers are responsible for return shipping unless the return is a result of our error or the product is defective. In such cases, the Warren Miller Store will pay the return shipping. NO returns will be accepted after 30 days

Please note that any DVD which has been opened is not eligible for return unless the product is defective. In the case of a defective product, please contact us at cs@warrenmiller.net for information on obtaining a replacement item. A defective or damaged title can only be replaced by the same item, substitutions are not allowed.

Refunds:
The Warren Miller Store will issue a refund to you in the same manner with which the original purchase was paid, within 7 days of receiving the returned item. NO returns will be accepted after 30 days.

Exchanges:
Should you wish to exchange an item, please return the new, unused product(s) to the Warren Miller Store within 30 days of the original delivery. Please enclose your original packing slip, with a note detailing what item(s) you wish to exchange for. The Warren Miller Store will pay the shipping on the new item(s). The customer is responsible for the return shipping to us.
